Klein Tools warranty covers any defects in quality or workmanship. It does not cover a tool if the tool simply wears out or has obviously been abused. Our quality data demonstrates that we have very few quality issues. Those that we do find are addressed aggressively. Our quality is excellent because we use the highest quality materials and employ the most modern manufacturing and quality systems in the world - right here in the USA.

Klein products, manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the normal life of the product, with the exception of: I. Cordomatic® products (see warranty below); and II. Ratcheting Cable Cutters, Models 63060, 63600, 63700, 63750, and 63800ACSR which are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. The following consumable products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when delivered to the customer: Triple-Taps, Drill Bits, Step Drills, Carbide Hole Cutters, Hole saws and Arbors; Saw Blades and Jab Saws; disposable Razor and Knife Blades; Stripper Cartridges, Replaceable Cutting Inserts, Bits and Blades; Klein Chemicals, Hand Cleaners and Wire Pulling Lubricant. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS. At its option Klein will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform to this warranty under normal use and service. In no event shall Klein be liable for incidental or consequential damage.

Klein electronic test and measurement devices (and accessories), manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase (unless otherwise noted on the product packaging). THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS. At its option, Klein will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform to this warranty under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to batteries.

Klein Tools, Inc. warrants that the Klein® Stubby Mug™(98705) and the Klein® Insulated Beverage Hauler (98005) will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of five years from the date of original purchase. At its option, Klein will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform with this warranty.

All implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and implied warranties of fitness for particular purpose, are limited in duration to a period of five years from the date of original purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If your Klein product requires repair or for information on how to exercise your rights under the terms of this warranty, please contact Klein Tools.

Each product carrying the Cordomatic Trademark is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for (6) six months from date of purchase. During this warranty period these products will be repaired or replaced at Cordomatic’s option at no cost to you.

This warranty does not apply if the product is repaired by unauthorized persons or has been improperly mounted, abused, mishandled or operated at a voltage and amperage exceeding that shown on the name plate or instruction manual.

Every MILWAUKEE power tool (including cordless product – tool, battery pack(s) & battery charger and Work Light – cordless flashlight) is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on an electric power tool which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years* after the date of purchase. Return of the power tool to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.

*Every MILWAUKEE V™-technology (V18™ & V28™) LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack, and M18™ XC LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack is warranted for five (5) years / 2000 charges from the date of purchase, whichever first occurs. The first 1000 charges or 2 years of the warranty, whichever first occurs, are covered through free replacement of the defective battery. This means that for the earlier of the first 1000 charges or two (2) years from the date of purchase/first charge, a replacement battery will be provided to the customer for any defective battery free of charge. Thereafter, the remaining charges up to a total of 2000 or the remainder of the five (5) year period from the date of purchase, whichever first occurs, will be covered on a pro rata basis. This means that every customer gets an additional 1000 charges or three (3) years of pro rata warranty on the V™-technology LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack, and M18™ XC LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack depending upon the amount of use.

• *A Milwaukee M28™ LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack is warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• *The warranty period for ALL other LITHIUM-ION Battery Packs is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
• *The warranty period for Ni-CD Battery Packs, Job Site Radios, M12™ Power Port and Trade Titan™ Industrial Work Carts is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

*This warranty does not cover Air Nailers & Stapler, Airless Paint Sprayer, Gasoline Driven Portable Power Generators, Hand Tools, Hoist – Electric, Lever & Hand Chain, Reconditioned product and Test & Measurement products. There are separate and distinct warranties available for these products.

Warranty Registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a MILWAUKEE power tool product. The manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.

Every MILWAUKEE air nailer - stapler is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on an air nailer - stapler which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the date of purchase. Normal Wear: air nailers – staplers, like all power tools, these products need periodic parts replacement and service to achieve best performance. This warranty does not cover repair when normal use has exhausted the life of a part including, but not limited to o-rings, seals, bumpers and driver blades.

Your MILWAUKEE airless paint sprayer is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on your MILWAUKEE airless paint sprayer which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase. Return of the airless paint sprayer product to a service center authorized to service MILWAUKEE airless paint sprayers (a “MILWAUKEE Authorized Airless Paint Sprayer Service Center”) freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an Authorized Airless Paint Sprayer Service Center, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.

Every MILWAUKEE portable generator* is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on a portable generator* which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of two [2] years after the date of purchase. Return of the portable generator* and a copy of proof of purchase to a MILWAUKEE Authorized Generator Service Station, freight prepaid and insured, are required for this warranty to be effective. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.

MILWAUKEE does not cover freight or labor charges associated with the inspection and testing of portable generators which are found by MILWAUKEE not to be a valid warranty claim. A valid warranty claim must be substantiated by the discovery of defective material or workmanship by MILWAUKEE.

*Gasoline Engine - Warranty: The gasoline engine on a portable generator is separately warranted by the engine manufacturer and is serviced through the engine manufacturer’s authorized service center network. MILWAUKEE is not authorized and has no responsibility for warranty service of any nature whatsoever for a gasoline engine. If requested, MILWAUKEE will help you locate your nearest service facility for a gasoline engine.

Every MILWAUKEE hand tool is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any hand tool which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the tool. Return the hand tool product to a MILWAUKEE factoryService Center location freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or accidents.

Every MILWAUKEE hoist (lever, hand chain & electric chain hoist) is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on a hoist which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. Return of the hoist and a copy of proof of purchase to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Hoist Service Station, freight prepaid and insured, are required for this warranty to be effective. Return of the Test & Measurement tool to the nearest Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation - factory Service Center, freight prepaid and insured is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.

• *The warranty period for the LITHIUM-ION battery pack that ships with Test & Measurement Product is two (2) years from the date of purchase. *Alkaline battery that ships with Test & Measurement Product is separately warranted by the battery manufacture.
• *The warranty period for a Non-Contact Voltage Detector – 2201 20 or Plumb 2-Beam Plumb Laser – 2230 20 is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

MILWAUKEE 2201-20 Non-Contact Voltage Detector or Plumb 2-Beam Plumb Laser – 2230-20 is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on this product which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after* the date of purchase. Return of the Voltage Detector or Plumb Laser tool to the nearest Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation - factory Service Center, freight prepaid and insured is required. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL. NSi guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of sale. Any claims of defective material must be agreed to in writing by NSi. Defective material will replaced on an F.O.B. - the factory basis. NSi disclaims the implied warranty of fitness for a particular application.

This product is warranted by Stiletto Tools for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials, with proof of purchase. During the warranty period, Stiletto will repair or replace a defective product with a new or reconditioned part or product, depending on the availability at the time of replacement.

This warranty covers normal usage and does not cover damage which results from accident, misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect or improper maintenance. The warranty does not cover damage which results from unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications. This warranty does not cover damage to hammer which results from striking hammer against hardened steel tools, i.e. cat's paw, chisel, hardened nail, bolts, etc.

Any product being returned to Stiletto Tools must be accompanied by a "Stiletto Tools Warranty Claim" form with an RMA# on the form and on the box in which it is returned. This form will be faxed to you after calling us and stating the problem. The claim form must be filled out completely, stating the date of purchase and reason for the return. This form must accompany the product being returned with the RMA#.

For warranty claims of defective castings, ie. cracked or broken claws, casting voids, etc., our Customer Service Dept should be notified immediately of the claim @ (877) 268-3700, and an RMA # will be issued for return to Stiletto for review. Pending evaluation those verified claims would be credited back to the customer, and a credit memo copy sent via fax to the customer.

Goods manufactured by Greenlee Textron will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of user purchase, provided such goods are installed, operated, used and maintained in accordance with Greenlee's written instructions. Proof of Purchase will no longer be required for serial numbered tools if the tool was manufactured within eighteen months prior to the time service is required. All other tools without serial numbers will be free of defects in workmanship and material for twelve months from date of purchase, but will require Proof of Purchase.
