Most UPS Ground orders leave the warehouse within 3 - 5 business days. If you have a question or concern about your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Care at (877) 268-3700 or (262) 252-1600. We're here to help!

All new, unused & defective merchandise may be returned to Brew City Tools for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be in original packaging (if applicable) and include any manuals & accessories. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact Customer Care to obtain an RMA number before shipping product back to Brew City Tools. Brew City Tools is not responsible for items returned without an RMA number.

Orders may be placed through BrewCityTools.com and/or via phone. However, some promotions/special pricing may apply solely to orders placed through the website.

At time of checkout, you will be asked to create an account. By creating an account, order status may be accessed easily by logging into your account. At time of shipment, your order status will be updated with the corresponding UPS tracking number.
